That is what Jillian Michaels told me tonight when I made my best efforts during Yoga Meltdown! HA! That was hard to convince myself through rotating side planks!!! Can I be honest and say, “I don’t like those!!” Overall, I really liked the new workout though. Just no plank anything for me! Thanks for asking.

Dinner was rewarding though. I made baked falafel again. This time I only used cilantro. I was also out of onion, so I used 4 green onions. Such a easy recipe! This time the sauce was tahini, lime, miso, yogurt and water. Such a bold flavor, I loved it! I think I will be making this agin for veggies or a salad dressing. ![]()

I received a very exciting package in the mail when I returned home! I am very excited to let you all know about Fruit Not Fat Lifestyle! This tasty granola was cooked in apple sauce instead of oils! That means no more guilt with quality granola.

I seriously tore into the vanilla before even realizing that I hadn’t taken a nice photo. Let me just say that there was no taste compromise. I can’t wait to try the cranberry orange! If you are a facebook fan, you can check them out here.
For desert, I leave you with dark chocolate balls. I owe Katie all the credit for showing me the way to all the delicious ball recipes. However, I do not measure when I make these.

dates, raw cashews, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, unsweetened bakers chocolate square and a tiny bit of salt
These are what I would call out of control good! The best part is, I am proud to say, I only had one! Hell Yeah! I credit the yoga for my self control. It’s all about exercise for me. If I hadn’t exercised, I may or may not have eaten 4 or 5 of those little things!
I will be having a giveaway soon
stay tuned… In the meantime check out this chobani giveaway!
