A Sore Back to Boot!

I am currently not able to upload photos. What is my blog without photos! Plus I have been out of it since Sunday with a bad back! I mean a really bad back! I have actually taken photos to show the major distortion that is now my spine and posture. Not sure what the deal is. It was bothering me a little over a week ago and so I though I would do some stretches. I heard some popping, no biggie though, didn’t hurt. Well that night and the next day it did! Now, I can barely walk, sit, or lay without discomfort. Tomorrow will be my third appointment at the chiropractor for therapy. I am not having adjustments yet because of the amount of inflammation. Hopefully the ibuprofen and enzymes will start helping with that.
